OK, 2.8 pounds in one week! I'm keeping mostly to the Special K plan, but for the most part I think I just ate so much junk over the Holidays that I made myself not want junk anymore!
Teaching Zumba and Yoga really help curb the desire to eat yucky stuff.
I really enjoyed meeting all my new students at J Sarge yesterday! Hope they're ready for a wonderful learning experience this semester. I sure am!

I love your blog!! Thanks for the update on your pounds. I think you look fabulous!!
Anyway, I have gained 5 pounds since starting to teach Zumba. I think it is my body composition shifting to incorporate more muscle mass...at least, I am hoping that is it!! N
Almost forgot...I checked out your store. You have lots of neat things. Do you have any of the pants or tops? If so, can you give us your thoughts on them. I am always searching for good yoga and zumba wear!! N
I have hand-picked lots of clothes in my little store. If you're looking for specific items that I personally wear, I'd be happy to point you to them.
For Yoga, I prefer the Be Present Agility pant. Pricey, but worth it!
As far as tops go, recently I've been wearing screen-print tanks from Yoga Fit - although they run small, like most workout wear!
For ZUMBA, I like these cotton cargo pants that I got at Kohls made by Lee. You can roll them up or down and cinch them at the waist. Very cute!
