My Idea for a Great Reality Show!

This is it for this year! I wish they would have a Biggest Loser-type show to see who can win, and then give away the most money. Who can build the most low-cost, Green-housing? Who can give the most poor kids money to go to college? Who can set up the biggest free health clinic in a rural area?

Maybe we don't have to do the huge stuff, but maybe we can do a little something.

Give away what you don't need - and maybe some of what you think you need.

Zumba Consumer Report - NIKE Shox O-Drive shoes

OK - I got these new NIKE Shox and they're supposed to be for dance and fitness. I've worn them to teach as well as take class, and, well, I'm just not sold on them. There's not a whole lot of shock-absorbers on the front sole (Angela B was right!) and I felt like I was really wobbly in the ankles. I couldn't slide or pivot very well. I'm going back to my ugly, black dance sneaks!!

New Year, New Blog!

Hello, Good Friends! I'm starting this blog to update friends, participants, and family on what I'm doing, etcetera. I know your time is precious, so I won't make my postings long, but hopefully you'll find something interesting, or maybe just drop in to find, well, ME!

I will post a schedule of my Yoga and Zumba classes at American Family soon. My schedule changes frequently, so I'll try to keep it updated. Sometimes I get a sub, so be sure to call the gym ahead of time to make sure I am going to be where I say I'm going to be!
